General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and stays in the apartments of ImmoVision GmbH.

2. Responsibility of the Invoice Recipient

The invoice recipient is liable for all obligations arising from the booking. In particular, they are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with these terms and conditions. The invoice recipient is required to inform their guests about these terms. The invoice recipient is also liable for any damages, violations, or penalties, even if caused by their guests.

3. Smoking Prohibited – Penalty €200

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. A MINUT system immediately detects if smoking occurs inside the apartment. In case of violation, a penalty of €200 will be charged.

4. Damages & Destruction

All apartments are documented by video before move-in and after move-out. If any items are damaged or destroyed, the invoice recipient must pay for the damages immediately.

5. Accommodation Tax

A lodging tax of 5% of the overnight price applies to all accommodations in Magdeburg. This tax is already included in the booking price but is shown separately on the invoice. The corresponding amount is forwarded directly to the state capital Magdeburg. No lodging tax applies to accommodations in Burgenlandkreis.

6. Cleaning for Long-Term Stays

For stays longer than 4 weeks, cleaning is carried out every 2 weeks. This includes a change of bed linen and towels as well as a basic cleaning of the apartment. The cost for this cleaning is €79 per session and will be invoiced separately to the invoice recipient.

7. Liability

The invoice recipient is liable for all damages that occur during their guests' stay.

8. Payment & Due Date

Penalties, damages, and cleaning costs are due immediately and must be paid without delay.

9. House Rules & Consideration

Guests are required to follow the house rules and be considerate of neighbors.

10. Final Provisions

By booking an apartment, the invoice recipient accepts these terms and conditions. In case of violations, ImmoVision GmbH reserves the right to terminate the stay prematurely.
